Red Angus Females
The females here at Fick Red Angus are our high priority because without quality females it is next to impossible to have quality calves. We select our females for moderate frame, depth, and ease of fleshing. The cows are very gentle and often have to be pushed out of the way when cutting strings on the bales during the winter. They receive no supplement on grass and are fed hay during the winter until calving time when they receive some supplement to help with their energy requirements as our hay is often lacking in protein and energy. Commercial females available by private treaty.
